Beach sports in Mallorca

Beach sports in Mallorca are popular for various years since long sandy beaches and 300 days of sunshine are the perfect basis. Feeling the fine sand between the toes while the turqoise blue sea remains at your side is a wonderful invitation to exercise. Mallorca caters for all beach sports, wether rugby, volleyball or football. The new opening of the Majorca Beach Sports Arena in Magaluf on top offers seatings for the spectators of the matches:

25th to 30th May – Charity beach football event organised by Errol McKellar in order to raise awareness of prostate cancer. In total there will be 8 football courts set up, 4 beach bars and various after parties. The event is now fully booked. March 2017 will be the next big football tournament, the Majorca Cup

April 2017 will be the biggest beach rugby match

Other events and venues

3rd, 4th and 5th of June the big volleyball tournaments Circuito Balear will take place in Palmanova 17th, 18th and 19th of June there will be the same event in Alcudia The young generation (born between 1997 and 2005) can participate in a beach volleyball camp at Palmanova playa in front of Ola Hotel Bermudas in july. Different dates are available. Beach sports in Mallorca are for everyone!
