Deià - a magical place to follow the traces of Luis Salvador

Deià is a special place in Mallorca. It is located within the Sierra de Tramuntana, between Valldemossa and Soller. When you reach the village, it is very easy to fall for its’ charm: absolute peace trasnsmitted by the mountains, the rustic style of the properties each prettier then the other, and not to mention the Cala Deià, with its’ cristal clear waters inviting us to take a refreshing bath, or to enjoy lunch while watching the odd fisherman leaving with his antigue Llaut (mallorquin fishing/sailing boat), not to forget the mind blowing walks throught the forest along the sea.

Luis Salvator from AustriaRobert Graves, one of Britain’s most famous poets and the Austrian archiduque Luis Salvador have possibly been the most famous habitants of Deiá, and who have embraced the beauty of the village in their work. Thanks to those characters, a multitude of international artists and personalities have been drawn to the same place, creating a nowadays traditional but mainly bohemian atmosphere.

All of Deiá is part of the UNESCO protected Sierra de Tramuntana, hence new buildings are usually not seen and properties are very rare. Therefore we are especially pleased to announce the construction of new houses in this spectacular place. They will combine the best of both worlds, effortless they will blend into the existing beauty of natural stone houses with a stone facade and Mediterranean plants decorating the outside like Bougainvilleas, citric trees or flowers. The interior though will stand out with modern comfort such as underfloor heating, private terraces or bigger windows. Don’t let this chance get by you to own your own little piece of heaven in Mallorca.
